About the Book
The book is my story of adopting minimalism and how it changed my life; going from the unhappy corporate man overtaken by things and keeping up with the Jones’ to the happy, well travelled minimalist and writer I am today.
The book contains many of the blogs posts from here on Two Less Things, neatly combined into a structure that offers tips on simplifying, decluttering and taking up minimalism as a way of life.
At the core is a message – “life is about experiences and not about things, and that when we get rid of the unnecessary things in our lives, we make room for that which is valuable to us and others”.
So many of my readers have become minimalists to varying degrees. Their lives are now focused on their passions and what’s important to them, rather than being overwhelmed by stuff: be that physical, digital or mental. You too can become happier and live a more fulfilled life by following some of the simple tips, considering how you live your life and questioning how you spend your time.
